UNABLE TO SETUP PRINTER?

Outdated or missing drivers are a common cause of setup failure, especially after system updates.
- Check your OS for pending updates first.
- Visit your printer manufacturer's website.
- Download the latest driver matching your model & system.
- Install the driver or let your OS auto-install it from Device Manager.
Connectivity issues often prevent your computer or phone from detecting the printer on the local network.
- Ensure both printer and device are connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band.
- Restart your Wi-Fi router and printer to refresh connection IP.
- Clear any offline status in the system printer queue.
Physical obstructions or hardware errors will halt print queues immediately.
- Open the rear access door and check inside for stuck paper.
- Remove and re-seat ink/toner cartridges properly.
- Power cycle the printer completely for 60 seconds.
